Can you find the request in your EVA portal listed under Requests?

Then check the delivery address. If this is wrong then unfortunately, your charge card was sent to the wrong address. Request a charge card again at the correct address.

Is the address correct? Then wait for seven workdays after the request date. If you still have not received the charge card, the shipment was probably lost in the post. Request the charge card again, possibly at a different delivery address.

Did you request your charge card yourself?

Is the request in the EVA account of the person who ordered your charge card?

Check the address. If it is wrong, they must complete the request again.
