The charging data in EVA does not match my car’s App
Although it may look like your charge point, relative to the charge data in your EV App, has done a wrong registration of your charges, this is not the case. Most Apps that come standard with an EV, round up the charging data to arrive at a round number. Thus, the total registration of your charging data in your EV App is (much) higher than what you see on the detailed overview of the reimbursement, which is based on decimal numbers. Please note that our charging systems are equipped with certified meters that transmit every kWh in decimal numbers to our backend. Therefore, on the detail statement, you will see that the kWh paid out is shown with two decimal places.’
